RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return your pocket watch within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within the 30-day window
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

Customized, engraved, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return Process
